This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your Yard Charm greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

  1. PAYMENT.  Payment is due at time of booking to confirm rental date, and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery.  Texas state sales tax of 6.25% will be added to all invoices. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

  2. CANCELLATION. In the event that you need to cancel your yard sign order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment, or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

  3. RUSH ORDERS. Rush and same-day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

    • Based on available inventory

    • A rush fee may apply

    • Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

    • Order will be refunded if location is unable to complete order

  4. INCLEMENT WEATHER. We will not be able to deliver your Yard Charms greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or takedown. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting, a refund will be honored.

  5. REFUND POLICY. We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission.

  6. The price includes delivery, set up, and takedown of the Yard Charm greeting. The local Yard Charms owner will contact you directly to schedule your delivery

  7. All Yard Charms greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting.

  8. All signs remain the property of Yard Charms, LLC. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the Yard Charms signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from the local owner. You are responsible for the replacement of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.

  9. Yard Charms reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. Yard Charms locations are independently owned and revising requested.

FAQ

 

What does my rental include?

Each rental includes delivery, set up and take down of your yard signs. We will not accept orders for cruel jokes or those containing bad language.  At Yard Charms we spread love, joy, and happiness! Yard Charms will not be responsible for any damages, injury to persons or property that might occur during delivery, set-up, display or removal.

How far in advance should I order my signs?

We recommend ordering yard signs when you know of the date you need. This will ensure that you receive the yard signs and date you need. Yard Charms are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. A minimum of 24 hours before greeting is needed is required for booking.

Does someone need to be home when my yard signs are delivered?

No, there does not need to be someone home when Yard Charms are delivered or picked up. If you have special instructions on where to place the yard signs, please let us know when placing order. If Yard Charms is met with resistance by a surprised recipient, neighbor or officer we will text and call the renter and wait 10 minutes for the issue to be resolved. Yard Charms reserve the right to refuse service on any yard with suspicious activity or loose dogs. We do not offer backyard setups without the homeowner available to accompany the Yard Charm team members (2) to the backyard area. It would be unsafe for us to enter a backyard without the homeowner on the property. Please note this request in the special instructions section of your booking form.

When do you deliver Yard Charms?

Prices include 24-hour rental of single phrase and name greeting, delivery, set up and pick up. If your yard signs are a surprise, we ask that you notify someone in the household of the greeting set up. Texas state sales tax of 6.25% will be added to all invoices.

When do I pay for the rental?

Payments must be received to confirm booking date. Once you have submitted your Yard Charm booking request, an invoice will be sent within 24-48 hours. Texas state sales tax of 6.25% will be added to all invoices.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund will be issued if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance.

If severe weather conditions prevent us from setting up yard signs, a full refund will be issued.

You will not receive a refund if:

You give less than 24-hour notice to cancel Yard Charms.

The wrong address was given, and we are unable to contact homeowner/purchaser for correct address.

Homeowner stops us from setting up the Yard Charms.

There is an animal in the yard that prevents us from setting up Yard Charms.

Where do you deliver?

Our primary deliveries are within a 15-mile radius of Sugar Land, Richmond, and Pearland, TX. Enter your zip code on our Booking page. We service the greater Houston area, but it may require a nominal additional delivery fee outside of our main areas.

Can I request a specific Yard Charms to be made?

Specific Yard Charms can be requested if there is enough notice. At least a minimum of a 30-day notice, but we also reserve the right to decide if a Yard Charm can be made and delivered in time.

Can I mow my yard while Yard Charms are in the yard?

Please refrain from mowing yard, but if you must do not mow or edge near our Yard Charms. Homeowner is liable for any damage to Yard Charms.

What if I accidently damage the Yard Charms?

Renter is financially responsible for payment of replacement inventory including all hardware and signs due to negligent or destructive behavior as defined in the Do and Do Not section.  Hardware replacement is $10/pc, solar spotlight replacement is $13/each and sign replacement is $27/each.
